If your miner is not working properly, follow these steps and tell us the details of the problem, so that we can fix it as quickly as possible.
A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. The faulty miners or parts must be shipped out with the original package within the 180-day period, otherwise the warranty will be void.
Many problems can be solved on site. These checks take a few minutes and help us understand the problem if a repair is still needed:
| What you see | What to check first |
|---|---|
| The miner does not start at all | Mains power, the power cable and the PSU. Try the miner with a known good power supply if you have one. |
| One hash board is missing or the hashrate is low | The data cable and the power connectors of that board. Re-seat them with the power switched off. |
| High temperature or fan errors | Dust on the boards and fans, fan speed, air flow and the room temperature. Clean the miner and make sure hot air is not sucked back in. |
| The miner cannot be found on the network | The network cable, the router and the IP address. The SetIP tool from our Firmware & Tools page finds miners on your network. |
| The miner keeps rebooting or stops mining | Power stability, pool settings and the firmware version. Updating to the latest firmware for your exact model often helps. |
Firmware, repair guides for hash boards and user manuals for every supported model are available on our Firmware & Tools page.
